Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate assistance across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Part-Time (PT) M-F opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Update customer records and document interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient with customers during challenging situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to make a meaningful impact for our customers.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18/hr for training and $20/hr after trainings completed
